Delivery Information

United Kingdom Delivery Charges 

Goods for delivery within the UK are despatched at a fixed charge of £7.99 (exc VAT) per order for orders under £200 ex.VAT. Orders over £200 ex.VAT are shipping within the UK free of charge. For some remote postcodes including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Channel Islands our delivery charge is £35.00+VAT to reflect the higher charges made by our courier. In addition we will not make partial deliveries to these postcodes.

For exceptionally bulky or heavy items we reserve the right to make an additional charge but we will contact you by e-mail before despatch if this is the case.

Rest of World Delivery Charges

We are unable to accept orders online for delivery outside the UK due to the specialised nature of exporting laboratory products.  However our dedicated export team will be happy to arrange a quotation for carriage anywhere in the world. In general export orders incur a minimum order surcharge of £20 for orders below £50. If payment is received by credit card there is a 2.5% charge on the total or £12.00 minimum surcharge. If payment is made by bank transfer, you are required to ensure that we receive the full amount (with no bank charges deducted from the payment we expect). If this is not possible a bank handling charge of £15 will be applied.

Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchases. However, if for any reason this is not the case, we will allow you to return the goods. Simply ask our customer support team for a returned goods authorisation number on freephone 0808 200 5227. This must be done within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will either exchange the item or refund you, subject to us receiving the goods back within 14 days of delivery, unused and in a new condition.

Subject to testing to verify any alleged fault, we will accept the return of defective products for full refund or replacement, if, but only if, the goods are returned within 14 days of purchase. On receipt of the returned product, we will test it to identify the fault you have notified to us. If following the testing process, the product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the product to you. The carriage cost of this return will be your responsibility. will only accept unwanted products for refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that the goods are in the original packaging and a re-saleable condition. Unwanted goods will be subject to a minimum handling fee of £20 or 15% of goods value which ever is the greater.

As does not sell products on a trial basis customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.

Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer's documentation, all goods delivered to UK mainland address carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Customers who wish to make a warranty claim must comply with the manufacturer's instructions and warranty procedure. In order to expedite a resolution to your problem, we may refer you to the product manufacturer who will deal directly with the return. In these instances, we will provide you with the contact information for the relevant manufacturer.

All returned goods must be accompanied by a Returns Number (RN) which can be obtained by contacting Customer Support on . Returned goods will not be accepted without a Returns Number. The RN number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging not on the goods. Failure to follow these instructions may result in delay and additional costs.

If we have arranged for a courier collection of your product, we are unable to specify the collection time, and it is your responsibility to ensure that some one will be present when the courier arrives at the collection address.

If ask you to return it to us directly, please send it to the address below. Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. It is your responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage happening.

Where appropriate, the cost of returning the item will be refunded to you.
